At Enrich Abilities, we're committed to empowering our dedicated Support Workers through continuous training and a collaborative environment. This focus was recently showcased on July 4th with a successful training session on Bowel Care, Medication Administration, and Midazolam.

Eleven Support Workers participated, gaining crucial knowledge and refreshing their skills in these areas. The session fostered a platform for knowledge sharing and best practice discussions. As Samantha Valentine, the Support Worker manager, noted: "It was fantastic to see the team come together, share experiences, and discuss best practices on topics like medication admininstration and participant care."

A big thank you to Christine Smith from Complete Care for leading such a valuable session! Her expertise undoubtedly enhanced the learning for our team.

We also extend our gratitude to Safe Hands for providing a comfortable and conducive space for the training. This dedicated space fostered a sense of community and allowed for focused learning.

Here at Enrich Abilities, we believe in continuous learning and development for our staff. By investing in upskilling, we empower them to provide exceptional care for our clients.  Furthermore, fostering collaboration through training sessions like this strengthens teamwork and communication.

This successful training session exemplifies our commitment to these values. We look forward to hosting many more enriching and collaborative training sessions in the future!
